Green Cardamom (Elaichi)


Green Cardamom is a native of Southern India. Nowadays, it is widely cultivated in Nepal, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Mexico, etc. It is also known as the “Queen of Spices” because of its very warm aroma and pungent taste. Green Cardamom is a very common ingredient in Indian cooking. It is used to flavour dishes such as stews, curries and widely used in sweet dishes. it is very helpful to treat bad breath and as a digestive aid.
